Plan of the Week – Shamrock Ranch
- On July 26, 2017
This week, we’re looking at a beautiful hybrid home constructed in scenic Belt, Montana: the Shamrock Ranch. There’s so much to love about this plan, not least of which is its enticing location. Belt, Montana is a well-known mecca for ranchers, hunters, fisherman, and outdoor enthusiasts. Located in the Ranches at Belt Creek, the Shamrock Ranch is one of several Natural Element Homes that speckle the windswept landscape, perhaps the most notable being the Lucky Man Ranch.
The Shamrock Ranch was designed by our friend and partner, Jim Klippel, and constructed by our seasoned builder, Matthew Pethel. Both men will likely eagerly express their pride in this project, which is a culmination of expert design, unmatched procurement, and skillful construction.
The Shamrock Ranch is a single-level home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across about 2,700 heated square feet. Being a cost-effective and visually striking hybrid home, the Shamrock Ranch fits part-and-parcel in the majestic Montana landscape. A unique amalgamation of sidings and finishes portray a stunning ranch home with distinguished timbers and premium Natural Elements. The home employs nearly 1,300 square feet of porch and deck area, upon which the stunning Montana landscape can be enjoyed, either under the cover of a shady roof or in full view of the warm Montana sun.
Inside, the Shamrock Ranch offers a very functional and spacious layout. The generous master suite is grouped appropriately with two of the three guest bedrooms, while a third guest room waits patiently on the other side of the house. Each bedroom conveniently possesses its own bathroom. The large great room sits adjacent to a magnificent dining room, which gives way to a spacious and functional kitchen. Large windows adorn each end of the open area, providing an unbridled view of the rolling Montana landscape. The interior deco is both grand unashamedly rustic. Tongue-and-groove ceilings, wood doors, and hardwood floors exude a distinctly “ranch home” aura, which in this case, is unequivocally authentic.
The Shamrock Ranch also showcases some other nice-to-haves, like a detached two-car garage and breezeway. Besides these, there are a lot of attractive housing paradigms on display in the Shamrock Ranch: single-level living, ranch home layout, and mountain modern styling. If any of these appeal to you, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to hear about your dreams, discuss your project, and help you get started on your unique Natural Element Home!
