It seems that tiny is making a comeback! At Natural Element Homes, we have noticed a renewed interest in tiny homes and small floor plans. There are many reasons you might be interested in a tiny home, but regardless of the reason for your interest, we’ve got you covered.

Living in a small house can be very rewarding. Many of our clients are expressing a desire to downsize. Sometimes this is because a large home is simply too much to maintain, and now that children have grown up, a large home is costly and unnecessary. For these situations, we tend to recommend a modest-sized plan of around 1,500 – 2,000 square feet.

For those looking for a getaway (or a tiny permanent residence), we offer a full line of Comfy Cabins, with plans starting at under 500 square feet. In fact, we’ve constructed one of these Comfy Cabins, the Weekender, at our campus in Sweetwater, Tennessee. The Weekender has proven to be very popular among customers and passers-by.
